We have some incredible news to share! Thanks to a grant from the Mass Cultural Council, this year’s Stoneham Spring Arts and Crafts show is evolving into something bigger and more vibrant than ever before.

We are thrilled to invite you to be a featured vendor at United by the Beat—a dynamic two-day celebration of movement, music, and the arts.

Why this year is different:

Artists and makers are part of the rhythm of the day—your work will be shared within a vibrant, multicultural celebration where art, music, and community flow together. At the center of the Common, a shared dance floor brings it all to life, featuring:

• Local Performances: Local dance schools highlighting their top talent.

• Interactive Energy: Yoga for all ages and high-energy Zumba sessions.

• Multi-cultural performers: Notable performers will be providing demonstrations, instructions, and engaging the community in different styles of dance

With a dance floor at the heart of the event, your booth sits within a shared space of creativity, rhythm, and community connection.

Event Details & Registration

We have space for only 30 vendors, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• When: Saturday, June 20, day 2 of United by the Beat

• Where: Stoneham Town Common

• Booth Space: 10’ x 10’

Investment:

• $50 Early Bird Rate (Book by March 31st!)

• $65 Standard Rate (After March 31st)

• Final Deadline: May 1st

How to Join Us:

1. Register: Fill out our Vendor Registration Form.

2. Secure Your Spot: Secure Your Spot: Pay via our Online Square Shop or in person at Ceramica Paint Studio (380 Main St., Stoneham). Registration is not complete until both form and the payment are received.

3. Promote Your Brand: If you have participated in the past, or not, reply to this email with your logo and product photos. We want to feature you in our marketing!

4. Give Back: We ask each vendor to donate a representative raffle item to help us build hype and reward our attendees.
